Chris Adair is the Vice President of Sales and Development for Collective Financial Group. He is dedicated to the overall growth of CFG, including oversight of day to day operations and implementing strategic vision that impacts overall organizational productivity. Chris has a passion in seeing the success and growth of CFG’s Financial Professionals. Previously, he spent time in the field, managerial, and corporate landscape that has broadened his experience and mindset to help CFG continue to create a robust platform for Financial Professionals. Chris has been in the industry since 2006 and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration at Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Chris is a member of NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors).
Chris oversees carrier relationships, website, and marketing content for the organization, including recruiting efforts. He also manages sales oversight including the CFG Internal Sales Desk, CFG national conference, training, product focus, organizational calls/meetings, and Financial Professional relationships.
In his spare time Chris enjoys golfing, Chicago Cubs baseball, Iowa Hawkeye football and spending time with his wife and two children.
